Apply to join the physician network. Applications are reviewed by a person; applying does not grant verification or referral access. New physician referrals remain temporarily closed.
How we use your application details
We require your name, professional email, country of practice, medical specialty, institution and licence/registration number to verify professional eligibility. Your email must be verified on your signed-in Clerk account. These details, your account identifier, application status and review history are stored for review by authorised operations staff. Clerk handles sign-in; PostgreSQL stores the application, and Resend may deliver status notifications.
Applications are reviewed manually; submission does not verify you or grant referral access. There is currently no automatic deletion period for application and review records; the final retention period, processing basis and any international-transfer safeguards remain subject to controller and legal review. For access, correction or deletion requests, use the privacy contact listed in our Privacy Notice.
Viewing the Privacy Notice is not consent. The checkbox in the application requests professional-credential verification only; it is not acceptance of any terms. Do not include patient information in your application.
